Saisons has a sophisticated power coating plant to finish sheet metal products such as panels. The Powder coating technology uses electrostatic techniques to ensure that the object being painted is evenly covered on all surfaces, even if everything is not directly visible. The powder coated parts are finished by baking them in an oven to fix the paint to the object. By having an in-house Powder coating facility, Saisons can offer very high quality, fully finished parts to their customers. The Powder coated parts have a superior finish to resist abrasion, corrosion and ageing.

Curring owen
The oven is Camel Back Type and fabricated out of insulated panels in a modular cassette form. running on LPG gas

Powder Coating Booth
Constructional Details : Chamber fabricated in 18 G M.S. sheets, supported with suitable structure. Inside mirror buffed, outside dull finished. Chambers will have smooth slopping bottom so that the powder slids down easily up to the suction ducts. The booth will be ductless for easy cleaning & minimul colour changing time. The booth is modular & very easy to extend / modify. Booths will be powder coated in two colours.
   
Powder Curing Oven
Oven has a strong outer frame of 200 x 200 mm fabricated angles. In this frame insulation cassettes with 150 mm resinbondedwool insulation having inner and outer walls of CRCA sheets will be fitted. Another angle frame will lock the cassettes from inside. This construction allows any further extension, modification ( to make the plant conveyorised ) easily. Also due to this construction, cassette expansion at high temperature is compensated and sheet warpage due to thermal shocks is minimised. Thicker insulation gives less heat losses and fuel saving.
 
Incase of oil fired ovens heater box generally will be of top mounting type and incorporate centrifugal blowers for air circulation, Heat exchanger and Burner.

Burner proposed is ‘Ecoflam' (Italian Make) and is best in its category. It is most widely used and proven make in Indias
   
   

Process of Powder Coating Plan

Pretreatment : 10 Tank hot Process of Chemical Treatment for Fabrication jobs.
Drying owen : For dring the pretreated fabrication to be used instantly for powder coating
Online Powder Booth : Crane systems which reduces handling of jobs to zero errors and efficiently produces quality jobs.
Oven Baker : After powder coating, the jobs are kept at 250º for 15 minutes. For colours / shade to dry, both the surface and make uniformity on jobs.
Inspection : To inspect for any requirement of touchup and To check the deposit of powder as per specified micro of coat on the job.
Packing : To rap all the job in packing paper for dispatch.
